Return Policy

**STORE CREDIT ONLY

Returns for Store Credit must meet the following requirements:

  • To begin the return process, please email returns@luxurynyc.net and wait to receive approval  prior to returning the merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. We will use the shipment delivery confirmation to determine the receipt date alongside your communication.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable merchandise includes final sale products, under garments, swimwear, and bodysuits.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • When returning the merchandise back for store credit, the customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Luxury NYC Boutique to the return address listed below.
  • Luxury NYC Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. All items will have an inspected sticker to convey the item has been inspected by our quality assurance team.
  • Store Credit is valid only at www.Luxurynyc.net

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and undergarments. Please email returns@luxurynyc.net for any specific questions regarding our return policy.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards purchased.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days.  You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your packing slip or designated paper.
  • We recommend you purchase tracking for returning your package.  USPS has tracking options you can add to most shipment options. Luxury NYC Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you will be informed about the status of your returned item via email.
